Motown legend Smokey Robinson and the enduringly influential David Crosby are among the headliners for the 34th edition of the TD Toronto Jazz Festival coming this summer.
This year’s edition of the festival will also feature The Roots, Trombone Shorty, Femi Kuti, John Scofield and Dave Holland, Marc Jordan, Barbra Lica, Michael Kaeshammer, Shabaka & The Ancestors and Ana Moura.
The festival takes place June 18-28, with an additional performance by superstar Gregory Porter the following week.
Plus, Herbie Hancock will round out the festival’s 2020 season with a performance in early September in celebration of his 80th birthday.
